“We had a wonderful experience with this excursion! The transportation was perfectly on time, and the coach was very comfortable, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Our guide,Mike, made the ride fly by with his songs, explanations, and incredible energy. He truly brought the trip to life, and his good mood was contagious. My personal highlight was Glendalough, such a beautiful and peaceful place. A heartfelt thank you to Mike, who is a genuinely kind person. He even took the time to walk around the bus and personally ask each of us what our favorite moment of the day was, such a thoughtful gesture. We were a group of adults from Belgium learning English, and Mike spoke with a calm, clear, and gentl...”

“We booked a tour to Glendalough and Kilkenny, and it was absolutely amazing! The instructions provided were clear, making it easy to find the pick-up spot in the morning. Everything ran smoothly, and we visited all the planned attractions as outlined in the trip description. We were also extremely lucky with the weather - it was sunny and warm, which is rare for December and made the experience even better! Our tour guide, Kevin, was fantastic! He shared stories about Ireland and the places we visited in such an engaging and entertaining way - it was never boring for a moment. Although I wish we had more time in both…”

“Patrick was an excellent guide. Pickup was exactly on time, he had an incredible recall of Irish history and added specific information relating to places we were passing that added value and interest to our trip. The coach was incredibly clean and he was very caring as to the loudness of his narration as well as the coolness of the coach as we traveled. Lunch location was excellent and the time allowed was perfect. We really enjoyed our day and learned a lot about Irish history and culture. Thanks Patrick for such a wonderful day and for making it so enjoyable.Read more”

Review of Paddywagon’s half-day Glendalough and Wicklow tour from Dublin, with scenic stops, hiking time, price advice, and practical tips.

“We arrived at the meeting point on time, 8h00. Nobody there. I called the operator and they said we were late. They said 1-2 minutes late is late, so everybody had left! That never happened to me. Normally the guide would try to whatsapps the missing person(s). Or in other tours I could see : waiting for 4-5 minutes is normal, as a tourist new to the city may lost his/ her way a little bit. Other tours I booked in Ireland later proved that only Paddywagon Tour treats customers differently in such a bad manner. They refused my proposal for a refund just within minutes I sent my requests.…”

Review of the Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains afternoon tour from Dublin, with scenic walks, medieval ruins, prices, timing, and practical tips.

“Popular tour, so expect crowds, less crowded in late afternoon when we arrived at 3. Two hours is plenty of time to wander around the monastic city and walk to the upper lake. Our driver Alex shared a lot of Dublin and Ireland history during our ride, but once you step off the bus you are on your own, which was fine with me. There are bathrooms, food trucks, visitor center, and souvenir shops upon arrival. Our visit was in fall and the fall colors were beautiful. Great way to spend a couple hours away from the hustle bustle of Dublin.”
