“It was a wonderful experience. From the time that my wife and I arrived, the host was there to greet us right from the steps. He kindly escorted us through the building and to our table. The entire team was full of energy and the performances were incredible. We unfortunately had to leave early after I had to jump on a work call and I was very tired, but overall, a great experience with wonderful people. CHEERS!”

Cook soda bread, Irish soup, Guinness casserole and colcannon with Ann in Dublin, then share dinner, craic and Irish coffee in her home.
“The experience with Ann was filled with great conversation, laughter, and food. Good Craic, as they say. The Food was delightful and surely the best Guinness Stew around. Ann seamlessly fit quick and easy lessons for multiple dishes while still ensuring our group was laid back and mingling. My friend and I showed up as a pair, but felt like we were among friends. Ann kept the wine glasses full and eventually our bellies were too. A truly great experience.”
